Terms of Service
please read carefully

This agreement is between I, the artist, and you, the client, for the selected service.

  • -----General Info-------

  • I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

  • All commissioned work is for non-commercial/personal use ONLY (unless requested otherwise).

  • The end product you will receive is in a digital format that will be sent either via e-mail, your social media DM or the commission site.

  • All commission payments will be done through Vgen.

  • References are to be sent through the above mentioned commission site.

  • Certain countries get price adjustments in accordance to PPP (Purchasing Power Parity).

  • Notify me with a quick message if you had purchased a commission through twitter/X so that I may become aware of it. It isn't required but you can still do it.

  • I can add commissioned works to my portfolio by default, unless requested by client.

  • Sketches for approval are provided before continuing onto the next step (unless otherwise stated on form).

  • Commission work will start once there's been a full payment.

  • You, the client, are allowed 3 free revisions in the sketch step of the work (not when it is near completion). After that there will be a fee for any new revisions.

  • 'Surprise me' Comms do not get revisions.

  • The client is required to credit the artist wherever it is used or posted.

  • DO NOT edit the commissioned work unless discussed and allowed prior.

  • DO NOT remove the artist's watermark.

  • DO NOT claim the artist's work as your own.

  • DO NOT reproduce the work for commercial usage. (Do not sell as merch!)

  • I DO NOT consent to my art being used for AI, NFT, Blockchain or anything similar.

  • The commission site may be subjected to updates/changes.

  • When I upload my own personal works on social media that does not mean I am not working on your commission, I'd appreciate the leniency.

  • --------Refunds---------

  • The client is allowed a full refund if the commissioned work has not been started yet.

  • Once accepted and the payment has gone through please wait at least 3 weeks minimum if your commission is not in the 'In Progress' category of the queue before asking for a refund.

  • The client may not ask for a refund once the commission has been started or is completed.

  • In the case that the artist is unable to complete the commission in the given time slot then the client will be notified.
